The Ideneers Academy is a joint initiative between the Federico II University, CeSMA, and Italdesign for training in automotive sector topics, specifically focusing on the Electrics & Electronics area. The Academy is structured as a training program based on a theoretical-practical method that combines foundational courses, taught by university expert professors, with specialized courses, led by Italdesign specialists.
The training activities of the Academy will be conducted in both Italian and English. Attendance to the Academy's activities is mandatory for at least 80% of the total scheduled time commitment; failure to comply will result in immediate exclusion from the Academy, leading to forfeiture of the training grant as per Article 2 of the Agreement.
After completing the Academy, provided that the training program has been successful and the evaluation of Italdesign is positive, a job placement in Italdesign will be offered, in compliance with company policies and contractual forms in force.
